Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Agreement

By booking a shoot with OG Shoots, you agree to provide accurate information. Bookings are subject to creator availability and admin confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Content & Delivery

Edited reels and photos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. OG Shoots retains the right to use content for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment

Full payment is required before or on the day of the shoot. Wallet credits can be applied at checkout.

5. Privacy

Your personal information is used solely for booking and communication purposes. We do not share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Conduct

Both parties agree to maintain professional conduct during shoots. OG Shoots reserves the right to cancel bookings due to misconduct.

7. Liability

OG Shoots is not liable for delays caused by weather, location restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Please read all terms carefully before proceeding with payment. By paying, you agree to all conditions listed below.

Food & Refreshments for Creator

For shoots lasting 3 hours or more (Half-Day, Full-Day, Events & Weddings), the client is responsible for providing meals and refreshments to the assigned reel creator. This is a basic courtesy and a mandatory requirement for long-duration shoots.

No Refund After Shoot Begins

Once the creator has arrived at the location and the shoot has commenced, no refund will be issued. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot time to be eligible for a refund.

Professional Conduct

Both the client and the creator are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour throughout the shoot. OG Shoots reserves the right to terminate a session without refund in case of misconduct, harassment, or unsafe conditions.

Location & Access

The client must ensure the shoot location is accessible and safe for the creator. Any entry fees, permits, or access charges for the venue are the client's responsibility and are not included in the booking amount.

Content & Delivery

Edited reels will be delivered within 10 minutes post-shoot for standard bookings. For events and weddings, delivery timelines will be communicated separately. OG Shoots may use delivered content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted before the shoot.

Punctuality & Delays

The client must be ready at the agreed time. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. Delays beyond this may result in a reduced shoot duration without any price adjustment. OG Shoots is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment & Security

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. OG Shoots does not store your card or banking details. In case of a technical payment failure, please contact support before attempting again to avoid duplicate charges.

Refund Policy

If a booking is cancelled by OG Shoots, a full refund will be credited to your wallet within 24–48 hours. For client-initiated cancellations made 24+ hours in advance, a refund (minus processing fees) will be issued to your wallet.
