At OG Shoots, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed. We aim to be fair to both our customers and our content creators. Please read this carefully before booking.
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your booking at any time before the shoot begins. The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel.
Important: Once a content creator has arrived at your location and the shoot has commenced, no cancellation or refund will be processed.
Refund Schedule
The following table outlines the refund you are eligible for based on when you cancel:

How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking through any of the following methods:
- Log in to your OG Shoots account → My Orders → Select booking → Cancel
- WhatsApp us at +91 63042 79351 with your booking ID
- Email us at support.ogshootsmedia@gmail.com with subject "Cancellation Request – [Booking ID]"
- Call our support team during business hours (10 AM – 8 PM IST)
Please have your Booking ID and registered phone number ready when requesting a cancellation.
Refund Process
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The time to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Method
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking (UPI, card, net banking). Wallet credits are non-transferable and non-encashable.
OG Shoots Wallet
In some cases (e.g., 12–24 hour cancellations), refunds may be issued as OG Shoots Wallet credits, which can be used for future bookings. Wallet credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
No-Show Policy
If you are not present at the agreed location at the scheduled time and do not notify us in advance:
- The booking will be marked as a No-Show after a 15-minute grace period
- No refund will be issued for no-shows
- The content creator's time and travel costs are non-refundable
- You may rebook at the standard rate for a new session
Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your booking once for free if you notify us at least 12 hours before the original shoot time.
- Free rescheduling: up to 1 time, with 12+ hours notice
- Second reschedule: ₹199 rescheduling fee applies
- Rescheduling within 12 hours of shoot: treated as a cancellation (see refund schedule)
- Rescheduled shoots must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date
Wedding Packages
Wedding packages have a separate cancellation policy due to the advance planning and resource allocation involved:

Advance booking deposits for wedding packages are non-refundable in all cases.
Exceptions & Special Cases
Full refunds will be issued without penalty in the following exceptional circumstances:
- OG Shoots cancels the booking due to unavailability of a creator
- Natural disasters, government-declared emergencies, or force majeure events
- Verified medical emergencies (documentation may be required)
- Technical failure on OG Shoots' platform preventing booking completion
Note: All exception requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot time with supporting documentation.
