Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the OG Shoots website, app, or any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and partners of OG Shoots Media.
Use of Services
You agree to use OG Shoots services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its related systems
- Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Accounts & Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and up to date
OG Shoots Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Bookings & Payments
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification from OG Shoots.
Payments
All payments must be made through our approved payment methods. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the shoot are eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds apply for cancellations within 12–24 hours. No refund is issued under 12 hours or after the shoot begins. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
Partner Terms
If you register as a OG Shoots Partner (Content Creator / Staff), you additionally agree to:
- Complete all required onboarding, training, and certification steps
- Maintain professional conduct with all clients at all times
- Deliver content within the agreed timeframes
- Sign and comply with the OG Shoots Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Not solicit clients directly outside of the OG Shoots platform
- Comply with all applicable laws while performing shoots
OG Shoots Media reserves the right to remove any partner from the platform for violation of these terms or conduct unbecoming of a OG Shoots representative.
Intellectual Property
All content on the OG Shoots platform — including logos, text, graphics, images, and software — is the property of OG Shoots Media and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Content created during a shoot session is owned by the client who booked the session, subject to OG Shoots branding requirements as outlined in the booking agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OG Shoots Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Privacy
Your use of OG Shoots is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our practices.
Changes to Terms
OG Shoots Media reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
